Q. Are all of your products all-natural?
Yes. We take pride in selecting the highest quality, all-natural ingredients for each and every one of Feel Simplicity’s products. Whenever possible, we also use organic ingredients and source locally.
Q: Are there expiration dates on natural products?
Yes. Each of our items has an expiration date, and on the package we check off which month you should use the product by. We take the shortest expiration date of any of the ingredients to ensure the best in freshness and customer satisfaction. And since we make our items fresh to order, you’re guaranteed to have the longest possible shelf-life on your products – typically, a year or more.
Q: What is fresh to order?
Fresh to order is a core component of our business model – something we’ll stick to forever! When you submit your order, each of the products you choose will be freshly handcrafted, properly sealed and handled, and shipped out with care. We are firm believers that our customers should always be treated with the best care and given products of the highest quality, so we never stockpile products that can get stale or expire. We believe a fresh to order policy means you’ll always have a great experience when ordering from Feel Simplicity.
Q: Can I request custom-made products, especially if I have an allergy to a specific ingredient?
Yes. Feel Simplicity gladly accepts any custom requests, especially if you have an allergy to any particular ingredient. If, for example, you have a tree nut allergy but wish to order a product that contains almond oil, you can contact us and request a substitute of another oil. There will be a small additional fee for custom made orders. Our goal is for our customers to be happy and truly enjoy using our products, so if you have a question or want something extra special, let us know!
Q. I am a Vegan. Can I use your products?
Some of our products do contain animal-sourced ingredients, such as milk, lanolin, honey, royal jelly and carmine. These are all listed on the ingredients section on the packaging and on our website. If you have a specific product question, please contact us, and we would be happy to assist you.
Q. I am gluten-restricted. What products are appropriate for my use?
All of our products are gluten-free by default. If you have any questions or concerns about our ingredients, please contact us, and we will be happy to chat with you.
Q. I have diabetes. Can I use your sugar scrubs?
Your physician would be the best person to ask, so we recommend you consult your doctor before using sugar-based products.
Q. Where do your recipes come from?
We started by identifying the vitamins, antioxidants, and other key properties that lead to healthier skin and hair, then carefully select ingredients that are full of these nutrients. Then, we mix and match so every product provides a mix of these benefits while also smelling great! We are constantly experimenting with new recipes, so stay tuned.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Because customer privacy and payment security is one of our top priorities, we use PayPal for all order processing. This allows us to accept credit card payments using their secure servers.
Q: What is your shipping method?
Feel Simplicity proudly offers free standard ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer at this time any other shipping method due to our fresh to order handcrafted products. We hope to ship internationally in the future.
Q: What is your returns policy?
If you receive an incorrect item, wrong size, or damaged product, we will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us right away if this is the case! Due to the nature of health and beauty products, once your item is opened and used, we are unable to accept a return.
